I need to convert a DVD from PAL to NTSC. How do I do it?

I have ripped the DVD using Mac the Ripper. How does one rip it as one large VOB file? The read me eays see the MPEG2 Works forum, but I don't see anything in here.

I bought this software a while ago, and started to try to use it, but because of work I've never gotten to do what I wanted to do over a year ago. So now I have a little time and have set off to do it.

I've tried to find this tutorial but to no avail. How do I get OSEx to make one large VOB file, or could you link me to that forum. I only got a notice that that topic does not exist when I hit the link.

I realize I should probably get 4, but I never used 3. If all the DVD's I want to change from PAL to NTSC are on my hard drive with TS Video folders, can I convert them there with 4 and not go through burning them to a DVD then converting them to one large VOB?

You can use MacTheRipper application under Mode section or Yade X app to rip in single VOB file.



It si much easier and quality is lot better for PAL <-> NTSC conversion whit DVD Converter built-in into MPEG2 Works 4 Advanced...And yes, you can convert those VIDEO_TS folders without burning and reriping since DVD Converter uses VIDEO_TS folder as input in MPEG2 Works 4...Full tutorial on that type of conversion is here:
