	Encode your input files to standard DVD compatibile MPEG2 format with just a few clicks! Select appropriate encoding preset button based on frame aspect ratio of your input movie /4:3, 16:9 or Cinemascope/ and thats it! Optionally you can set encoding bitrate with the slider.		Batch /multiple files at once/ encode your input files to various MPEG2 or MPEG1 formats including DVD, SVCD /Super Video-CD and VCD /Video-CD/ compatibile formats.
	DVD authoring: Prepare, author and burn as DVD your encoded MPEG2 files /.mpg, .VOB/, optionally add chapter markers and make burnable DVD image file /.img/. DVD PAL <-> NTSC conversion: Convert your movies from PAL <-> NTSC with just a few clicks! Import DVD VIDEO_TS folder, select chapters or whole main feature /movie itself/ and click Start! MPEG2 Works 4 will do the rest.
	Export various MPEG files /VOB, VRO, .mpg, .ty etc./ and DVD VIDEO_TS folder to other QuickTime formats for later editing, storing on iPod or making backups, like H.264, MP4, DivX AVI etc. (Note that you will need DivX Pro QuickTime Component for exporting to DivX format). Usage Tips:

* To avoid owerwriting of the last file processed in Batch conversion window(s) please do the following:

Please just remove spaces or any unusual characters like "-", "!", "%", "&", "(", ")" etc. from the file names of input files and add the extension to them /if you are using captures from iMovie/...Thats it...Name of the output files are created using name of input file but there can be troubles if you have spaces or unusual characters in the names...So, for example, insted of "My movie.mov" use either My_movie.mov" or "movie.mov" and, of course, make sure that file names of the input files are not the same...Or you can add number just before extension - "my movie.mov" > "my movie1.mov and "my movie2.mov" etc...Then name of output file will be "movie1.mpg" and "movie2.mpg" etc...If you have, for example, 3 files with the names "My movie.mov", "second movie.mov" and "best movie.mov" the name of the output files will be the same - "movie.mpg" and therefore every previous file will be overwritten...If you just add "_" character to avoid space in the name /My movie.mov > My_movie.mov/ the name of output file will be "My_movie.mpg"...

* Subtitles adding - There is 2 ways to add subtitles on your movies...For more information check the tutorial page on MPEG2 Works forum here.

* Sections shortucts - All shortucts to various sections of the app /VOB Converter, Add Subtitle, Advanced DVD Authoring and One-Click DVD/ are located under "Window" menu.

* Under "ReplayTV" section You can convert any MPEG1/MPEG2 filo into DVD/SVCD ready MPEG2..

* "Play movie" option works on MacOS 10.4 and later only.
